Our technical department offers three categories of service products:

Gold Service:  This is priority as-you-wait service.

This is done on appointment.

Silver Service: Has a guaranteed 2 hour response get-back –to –you service. On this service your equipment is taken ahead of the queue and given attention.

Bronze Service: This service is carried on a first-come first serve basis.

Service Contract

This is a prepayment system that guarantees you priority service during the term of the contract. You also benefit from free unlimited telephone support, no labor charges on all repairs of equipment covered, and provision of standby equipment when repair jobs are expected to take longer than agreed times. A sample service contract is provided.

 Onsite Service

Depending on the problem reported, it is possible to carry out maintenance and repairs at the convenience of your office. However, some repairs may only be carried out in the workshop
